Susan Penny Brown has over 30 years experience in complex enterprise applications, the latter half in enterprise applications strategy and software vendor selection, negotiation, implementation and performance monitoring. Whether it’s to increase sales, efficiency or quality, Susan Penny Brown’s leverages her in-depth background to effectively transform complex business practices into straight forward technology, process and people solutions.

Industry experience includes product software, IT, manufacturing, healthcare, financial services, strategic consulting and government contracts. Consulting engagements have also found her in advertising/PR, telecommunications, cable, and OEM manufacturing.

Susan Penny Brown spent the first 20 years of her career in Silicon Valley, where she led technology organizations for high-tech companies large and small, outrageously successful and abysmal failures. Susan also took the ride with two start-ups, from first funding through public offering.

Susan is the founding leader and Principal Consultant of Interim Technical Management, Inc. since 1998.
