Half the budget for a $1 Million Web implementation of a niche solution was spent with little to show for it except a dissatisfied client’s client. Entering the engagement with $600K spent and little to show for it, we quickly reset direction and brought in the project within the remaining budget and to the satisfaction of our client’s client. In fact, they were so pleased that our client’s client requested $175K in add-on work.

Doubled the productivity of a 15-person Software Development team by leading a best-practices re-engineering of their software development process, followed by the selection and implementation of better-matched developer productivity tools. The department’s results were staggering: they postponed two new hires, increased schedule predictability to over 90%, substantially improved product quality, and rebuilt trust with the rest of the company.
